To personalize your purchased logo, kindly provide us with your preferred colors, name or initials, and the date during checkout. We will then create a custom logo for you and send a draft for approval within 24 hours of purchase.
The cost of the logo covers one round of edits. Once you approve the final design, we will send it in .jpg, .ai (vector), and transparent .png formats.
Our color chart is available for reference, or you can choose any Pantone color number.

Customers can cancel any order within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has been delivered to the customer there are no refunds or exchanges. Modifications can be made to a logo for an additional fee depending on scope of work.
Your logo order includes .ai, .png and .jpg files of the same image. Depending on where you view your logo (home computer, phone, printer) the colors will vary. Use your .jpeg file for online use and the .ai for print use.
