Q: HOW DOES THE BAR MITZVAH AND BAT MITZVAH CUSTOM LOGO DESIGN PROCESS WORK?

A: Here’s the process:

  • Purchase either a custom Bar or Bat Mitzvah logo design from our site.

  • We set up a time to talk. During this time, we discuss your ideas, theme, color scheme, and the logo style that speaks to you.

  • Within 2-3 Business days, we will send you four to five different options for your review.

  • You give feedback on what you like (and what's not working for you), and we try to narrow it down to just a few choices.

  • We then edit from there until you have one perfect Mitzvah logo that you love.

  • NOTE: The price includes up to 4 rounds of edits.

  • Once we have a final logo, we email it to you in the following formats: .ai, .jpg, .png, and .pdf so that you can use it with any of your vendors. If you change your mind after final files are sent, there is a $25 correction fee.

 

Q: CAN I SEE THE BAR & BAT MITZVAH LOGO DESIGN CUSTOMIZED BEFORE PLACING MY ORDER?

A: We require an order to be placed before creating logo designs. Included in the price are up to 4 rounds of edits for custom logos and 1 round of edits for on-demand logos.

 

Q: I HAVE AN IDEA IN MIND, BUT I DON'T SEE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: Email us at hello@mitzvahlogos.com, or purchase a custom design here to get started.  We love creating custom logo designs and event extras that fit your concept or theme.

 

Q: I SEE A MITZVAH LOGO DESIGN ON YOUR SITE THAT I LOVE, BUT I WANT A DIFFERENT COLOR, NAME & DATE. HOW DO I REQUEST CHANGES?

A: If the design you like is available on our ready-made site, just purchase that item and ask for your changes in the notes section when ordering.  Note that one round of edits is included in your on-demand purchase. If you see a design that is not available for purchase, just contact us at hello@mitzvahlogos.com, and we’re happy to help.

 

Q: WHAT ARE MY COLOR CHOICES?

A: Anything! You can choose from the colors available on our website, or use any Pantone color.  

 

Q: WHAT ARE MY FONT CHOICES?

A: If you are purchasing a custom logo, you are welcome to choose any font from our font list. If you would like a font not on our list, there will be a minimum fee of $25, depending on the requested font.  

 

Q: CAN I SEND INSPIRATION PHOTOS?

A: Yes. Inspiration images, Pinterest boards, logos you like, and color palettes are all helpful during the design process.

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL ITEMS?

A: Yes! We can customize almost anything you’d like to help you brand your event. Some of our custom items are listed below, but email us at hello@mitzvahlogos.com to inquire about thousands of options.

Q: DO YOU OFFER INVITATIONS?

A: Yep! We offer online invitations. For paper invites, there are great resources available. Two of our favorites are EventPrints.com and SarahSchwartz.com.

 

Q: DO YOU ONLY CREATE LOGOS?

A: No. In addition to custom logos, we offer complete event branding, including invitations, apparel, signage, favors, decals, dance floors, banners, and other personalized products.

 

Q: WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY LOGO?

A: We recommend beginning the design process at least 4–6 months before your event. This provides plenty of time for revisions and allows your logo to be used on invitations, apparel, and décor.

 

Q: CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE RUSH ORDERS?

A: Whenever possible, yes. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and discuss any applicable rush fees.

 

Q: WHAT FILE TYPES WILL I RECEIVE? 

A: Final logos are delivered in AI, PNG, and JPG formats. The AI and PDF files are suitable for professional vendors, while the transparent PNG and JPG files are convenient for everyday use.

 

Q: CAN I USE MY LOGO WITH ANOTHER VENDOR?

A: Yes. Once your final artwork has been delivered, you may provide the approved files to your preferred vendors, subject to the usage rights included with your purchase.

 

Q: CAN MY LOGO BE EMBROIDERED OR PRINTED?

A: Yes. Our logos are designed to work across a wide range of products, including apparel, hats, tote bags, signage, drinkware, favors, invitations, and more.

 

Q: WHO OWNS THE ARTWORK?

A: Mitzvah Logos retains ownership of preliminary concepts and unused designs. Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon rights to use the final approved artwork for their event.

 

Q: CAN I TRADEMARK MY LOGO?

A: If you are interested in trademark protection, we recommend consulting an intellectual property attorney. Most event logos are intended for personal use rather than commercial branding.
