HOW THE CUSTOM LOGO PROCESS WORKS

First, purchase the multi-logo option.

Then, we set up a time to have one initial consultation for about 30 minutes.

After we talk we will send you design options for your review. This part of the process takes about 2 business days to complete.

Then it's review time. Send us feedback via email only on what you like (and what's not working for you), and we try to narrow it down to up to five options with our suite package.

We then edit from there until you have the perfect logos for your event.

Edits - Make your edits count! Included in the price are up to 4 rounds of edits.

Package - Five logos come with your package.

File Types – You will receive the following file formats: .ai (vector), .jpg, and transparent .png

Returns/Refunds - There are no returns or refunds once the first round of designs is delivered.
Customers can cancel any order within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has been delivered to the customer there are no refunds or exchanges. Modifications can be made to a logo for an additional fee depending on scope of work.
Your logo order includes .ai, .png, .jpg & .pdf files of the same image. Depending on where you view your logo (home computer, phone, printer) the colors will vary. Use your .jpeg file for online use and the .pdf for print use.
