Custom Snapchat filters are 100% customizable and available to match every logo we offer, or you can bring your own logo and we'll work with what you have! We will contact you to discuss design options prior to getting started.
The price includes the design and Snapchat setup of Geofilter. If a logo is needed for the design, then a separate purchase must be made of either a custom or ready-made logo design.
How It Works...
After you've purchased your geofilter we will schedule a time to chat about colors and design concepts. Then MitzvahLogos.com will send you a choice of 2-3 designs. Once a concept is chosen, we will schedule the geofilter to appear at your venue during the time of the event.
Return Policy
There are no returns or exchanges once an item has been approved for purchase. But, if you ever have an issue with your order, it's our goal to resolve it to best meet your needs. So if you’re not absolutely satisfied, here’s how we can help:
- First, contact us and let us know the issue.
- Then, we’ll work with you to find a solution that you’ll be happy with.
Customers can cancel any order within 24 hours of purchase. Once an item has been delivered to the customer there are no refunds or exchanges. Modifications can be made to a logo for an additional fee depending on scope of work.
Your logo order includes .ai, .png and .jpg files of the same image. Depending on where you view your logo (home computer, phone, printer) the colors will vary. Use your .jpeg file for online use and the .ai for print use.
